彩钢板的安装方式
Installation mode of color steel plate
1）放样：依图面及现场实测尺寸进行放样（隔墙中心线）以两收边中心线与地面的交点弹出地轨中心线。应保证这四条线处在一个垂直面内，以保证以后安装之墙面的垂直。 2）天轨：安装要整齐，接口处须补强修齐，每隔500mm—600mm击钉或螺丝固定于水泥天花板。
1) Setting out: carry out setting out according to the drawing and the measured size on site (center line of partition wall), and pop out the center line of ground rail at the intersection of the two center lines of trimming and the ground. The four lines shall be in a vertical plane to ensure the verticality of the wall to be installed later. 2) Skyrail: the installation shall be neat, and the joints shall be reinforced and fixed to the cement ceiling with nails or screws every 500mm-600mm.
3）地轨：安装地轨时要先把门的安装位置预留，尚需注意地差问题。如地面高低差太多，须整平使其落差减少，不影响调整水平，每隔600mm以击打或螺丝固定地坪上，如果地缝太大以填缝剂补满。
3) Ground rail: when installing the ground rail, the installation position of the door shall be reserved first, and attention shall be paid to the ground difference. If the height difference of the ground is too much, it shall be leveled to reduce the drop without affecting the adjustment level. The floor shall be fixed by striking or screwing every 600mm. If the ground joint is too large, it shall be filled with sealant.
4）收边：根据实际测量值切割收边，切割后边缘修齐。力求整齐一致，连接处要求无缝隙。与天及踢脚板接口处尤其注意，更要做到无缝隙。
4) Edge trimming: cut the edge according to the actual measured value, and trim the edge after cutting. Try to be neat and consistent, and the joints shall be seamless. Pay special attention to the interface with the sky and skirting board, and make sure there is no gap.
5） 竖向龙骨：每隔49cm置一支竖向龙骨（为隔板尺寸的一半）,门框两侧立柱上下完全固定，不致于摇晃，反方向增加一支竖向龙骨，门扇宽度超过90cm以上，门框上横立柱必须加强固定，必要时以焊接固定之。
5) Vertical keel: a vertical keel (half of the size of the partition) shall be set every 49cm. The columns on both sides of the door frame shall be completely fixed up and down without shaking. A vertical keel shall be added in the opposite direction. The width of the door leaf shall be more than 90cm. The horizontal columns on the door frame shall be strengthened and fixed, if necessary, by welding.
6）横向穿心龙骨：增高超过3米以上，以垂直方向1.2米置一支，当连两支衔接处必须重叠，重叠长度不得少于10cm。
6) Transverse through center keel: if the height is more than 3m, one keel shall be set at 1.2m in the vertical direction. When two keel joints are connected, they must overlap, and the overlapping length shall not be less than 10cm.
7）墙板：由一侧开始安装彩钢板，依次安装，相连板间距12mm。隔板之间采用宽度12mm压条，标准单元墙板均可互换。
7) Wallboard: color steel plate shall be installed from one side in turn, and the spacing between connecting plates shall be 12mm. 12mm wide battens are used between diaphragms, and standard unit wall panels can be interchanged.
